The Scale Biosciences massively parallelised single-cell barcoding system involves multiple rounds of barcoding, enabling large-scale, multi-sample, high-throughput studies and works on fixed cells or nuclei – independently of species or cell size.
Transcriptomics
The Scale Biosciences Single Cell RNA Sequencing Kit enables studies looking at the transcriptomic profiles of up to 500 000 cells per run. Multiplexing of samples using the optional ScalePlex allows for running 10s to 100s of samples/conditions in a single run.

Methylation
Take your analysis of epigenetic complexity to the cellular level, with single-cell methylation analysis. Scale Biosciences Single Cell Methylation Sequencing Kit includes two levels of massively parallel barcoding and an optional target enrichment before sequencing.

ATACseq
The Scale Biosciences Single Cell ATAC Pre-Indexing Kit allows you to look at chromatin accessibility in up to 300 000 nuclei. Isolated nuclei are barcode labeled once before being loaded on a droplet system (eg the Chromium X controller), where a second barcode is added.

CRISPR readout
The Scale Biosciences CRISPR Guide Enrichment Kit enables CRISPR guide capture of up to 125,000 cells or nuclei per run, or up to 500,000 cells/nuclei per run through the use of the Extended Throughput Kit.
