Spatially resolved transcriptomics elected Method of the Year 2020!

NGI proudly offers spatially resolved RNA-seq analyses through the 10X Visium spatial gene expression assay, one of the spatial techniques recently nominated as Method of the Year by Nature Methods. The technology offers positional context of RNA-seq data in microdissected tissues, and has proven to be valuable when studying e.g. disease progression and developmental processes.
