Delays during the Covid-19 outbreak

Thank you for bearing with us through the delays you may have faced in your projects with us.

We are doing the best we can under current circumstances, but are encountering delays in procuring reagents from Illumina and consumables such as gloves, tips, and plates. We understand that delayed deliveries of consumables is an issue faced by the scientific community worldwide. We support the need for them to be routed to agencies that are directly combating Covid19 every day, and we hope you do too.  

The safety of our personnel and our users remains paramount, and we are continuing to adhere to the guidelines issued by Folkhälsomyndigheten.
