NGI is the first European certified service provider for the Olink Explore platform

NGI in collaboration with the SciLifeLab Affinity Proteomics Uppsala unit now offer protein biomarker analysis services using the Olink Explore assay.

The Olink Explore assay combines the Olink proximity extension assay (PEA) with high-throughput next generation sequencing (NGS) readout on an Illumina NovaSeq sequencer, which enables simultaneous measurement of >1500 proteins. The Olink Explore platform will complement the existing genotyping and sequencing services offered by NGI and enable cutting-edge research projects that wish to examine multiple analytes (DNA, RNA, protein).
