Project proposals for spatial multiomics analysis on AVITI24
Our AVITI sequencer is now in operation. We have completed several successful runs on a variety of sample types, including amplicons, whole-genome sequencing (WGS), and ATAC-seq. While we continue evaluating quality and performance across different library types, initial results indicate that AVITI sequencing is performing well and is on par with expectations. Please contact us if you are interested in additional details or would like to submit an AVITI sequencing project.
We are excited to announce a call for project proposals that leverage Element Biosciences’ innovative AVITI24 technology.
AVITI24 Teton is a new line of spatial multi-omics assays capable of providing simultaneous detection of RNA and protein at a subcellular resolution, in addition to cell morphology. At launch the assay will specifically target 350 genes and 50 proteins involved in the MAPK pathway in adherent cells.
To identify projects that can take advantage of the new spatial platform, NGI now invites researchers and teams to submit project ideas that can take advantage of the Teton assays to advance scientific knowledge and innovation. For more information on the AVITI24 system and the Teton assay see the manufacturers webpage.
This call is exclusively open to projects affiliated with Swedish academic institutions. Successful proposals will receive comprehensive support and one Teton run fully funded by NGI. Projects with a clear plan for publication within 12 months will be prioritised.
Project proposals can be submitted here.
Project submission deadline is on January 15, 2025.
