We are seeking a skilled Bioinformatician to join our production team at the National Genomics Infrastructure (NGI), one of Europe’s largest sequencing facilities, located at SciLifeLab in Solna.

We are looking for a bioinformatician to join our developers team at NGI, located at SciLifeLab in Solna. The teams’ work is structured within three areas: Data flow, Analysis and Systems development. The chosen candidate will get a varied role and will participate in different tasks within these areas.
The possible tasks include to:
Make sure analysis pipelines and tools are “state-of-the-art”.
Deliver data to researchers
Review sequencing data and investigate issues detected
Analyse data from internal development
Develop analysis pipelines
Construct web applications
Software development, for example for quality control of data
Automation of data and analysis flow
