Say Hello to MiSeq i100 Plus

NGI is expanding its sequencing portfolio and opening a new chapter in its ever-popular MiSeq service.

We’re excited to introduce a new sequencing service powered by Illumina’s MiSeq i100 Plus, replacing the previous generation of MiSeq instruments that have reliably served the community for nearly 15 years. Designed for faster turnaround, greater flexibility, and high data quality, the new instrument will soon be available to our user community — bringing a modern upgrade to a trusted service.

We are currently doing validation runs and working on integrating the instrument in our data flow. More details on access and launch timing coming soon.

If you want even more flexibility and also willing to do more hands-on work you are welcome to use the other MiSeq i100 placed in our OpenLab in Uppsala.

Prices are indicative and subject to final service setup and confirmation.

⭐️ The 1000-cycle MiSeq i100 Plus kit enables very long paired-end reads (up to 2 × 500 bp), making it particularly well suited for applications that benefit from extended read length rather than sheer depth.
