Long-read sequencing with MinION available at NGI Open Lab
Discover the power of long-read sequencing with the MinION Mk1D.
We are excited to offer the MinION Mk1D from Oxford Nanopore Technologies in our NGI Open Lab.This palm-sized, portable sequencing device gives researchers the opportunity to prepare and sequence their own libraries, enabling long-read sequencing in real time directly in the lab.
This complements our existing MiSeq i100 short-read sequencer, also available at NGI Open Lab, providing researchers with training and access to both short- and long-read sequencing technologies.
