New RNA library preparation option at NGI: Watchmaker mRNA Library Prep Kit
NGI now offers the Watchmaker mRNA library preparation kit.
NGI is now offering the Watchmaker mRNA Library Prep protocol at NGI.
The Watchmaker mRNA library prep kit allows us to offer library preparations with 100ng total RNA input as standard, and a 10ng total RNA input as a lower-input option.
With the introduction of the mRNA Watchmaker workflow, NGI Stocholm will begin phasing out the use of the Illumina TruSeq mRNA kit.
