NGI, in collaboration with 10x Genomics, is sponsoring a grant program offering a free 4-reaction Visium HD 3′ kit to support innovative investigators in Sweden

How does it work

• The Visium HD 3’ Grant Program is a scientific abstract competition for researchers in Sweden that would like to generate pilot data using Visium HD 3’
• Applicants need to be affiliated to a Swedish University or other Research Organisation in Sweden
• The submitted forms will be shared with 10x Genomics’ scientific team, since they will evaluate the applications and select the winner
• The winning prize is a Visium HD 3’ 4 reaction kit
• The preparation and sequencing of the Visium HD 3’ libraries will be performed by NGI at SciliLifeLab in Stockholm according to these guidelines. A sequencing charge may be payable to NGI for this service, to be agreed directly between the researcher and NGI

How to participate

• Submit your abstract (300 words max)
• Applications are accepted until Friday, November 21st
• The winner will be announced no later than Friday, December 12th
• The prize will be shipped to NGI

The winner will be selected based on several criteria:

• Research question/objective
• How well a 10x study addresses the research question
• Methodology and how the pilot data generated by the Visium HD 3’ Grant Program would be useful for future study/grant applications
