NGI and 10X Genomics Event

NGI and 10X Genomics would like to warmly welcome you to a seminar titled “Single Cell Gene Expression Flex – The New Gold Standard” by Dr. Jens Durruthy Durruthy from 10X Genomics on 20 March, 2023.

He will dive into how the Chromium Single Cell, Visium, and Xenium platforms can be applied to your research (for a range of samples including for FFPE-sourced material!).

NGI currently offers several of the methods that will be covered during the seminar and will likely be introducing more during the course of this year. So please take this opportunity to discuss your potential projects with us.

There will be two repeated sessions of this seminar, one morning session for our audience in Stockholm (NGI-Solna) and one afternoon session for our audience in Uppsala (NGI-Uppsala).

NGI-Solna (morning session)

The event will adopt a hybrid format – at Air & Fire at SciLifeLab (campus Solna) and online and is free of charge.

Time: 10:00-11:00

NGI-Uppsala (afternoon session)

The event will be held in Glimeliussalen (Uppsala University Hospital, entrance 100, 2^nd floor).
