Limited Capacity over the Winter Holidays 2023-2024

NGIs operating capacity will be limited from December 18, 2023, to January 5, 2024.

All services will resume as usual starting Monday, January 8, 2024.

Sample deliveries:
The last date for receiving samples before this period is December 15.

We will not accept sample deliveries after this date unless explicitly agreed upon in beforehand.

Note! To ensure timely quality control (QC) assessment before the holiday period, please submit your samples before December 1.

NGI Order Portal:
You are welcome to place your sequencing order in our NGI order portal (https://ngisweden.scilifelab.se/orders/ ); however orders will be handled with extended turnaround times and delays in email response due to limited staffing capacity.
