Limited Capacity over the Holiday Season 2024-2025

Our operations will be running at limited capacity from December 20, 2024, to January 6, 2025.

Normal operations and sample handling will resume on Tuesday January 7, 2025.

Sample deliveries:
The last date for receiving samples before this period is December 13.

We will not accept sample deliveries after this date unless explicitly agreed upon in advance with the NGI unit responsible for handling your project and samples.

NGI Order Portal:
You are welcome to place your sequencing order in our NGI order portal (https://ngisweden.scilifelab.se/orders/ ); however orders will be handled with extended turnaround times and delays in email response due to limited staffing capacity.

We apologize for any inconvenience and will respond as soon as possible.
