Nothing “Lite” about it!

NGI is proud to collaborate with the National Bioinformatics Infrastructure Sweden (NBIS) on a series of talks that we call "Lite". You can either choose to pronounce the word like "light" in English or "lite" på Svenska.

Each video in the series features a presentation by an expert at NBIS and serves to provide a primer with some amount of detail on the chosen topic. These presentations are inspired by years of interaction with our users and aim to address questions that one might on designing projects in genomics, on data management, and beyond. The asynchronous format as videos on YouTube (the full playlist can be accessed here) will enable all those interested to watch them at leisure, mull over details, and get in touch with us if there are any questions.

We have two videos online so far, and we are hoping to build this on this resource in the coming months.
