Protocol for sequencing of full-length single-cell transcripts.
Method for sequencing full-length transcripts from single-cells, using short-read sequencing technology, based on the method described in Hagemann-Jensen et al. in Nature Biotechnology 2020. This method allows molecule counting thanks to the incorporation of UMI in the 5´end of RNA molecules; and provides allele and isoform resolution. Detailed protocol is available at protocols.io.
