Nanopore sequencing
NGI can sequence user-prepared libraries on Oxford Nanopore PromethION. User-prepared libraries orders can only be sequenced on whole flowcells.
Sample requirements
We need ca 50-100 fmol of the library in exactly 32 uL.
Please also let us know what kit has been used.
Libraries need to be shipped on dry ice and stored in -80.
What we do with your samples
We will not do any reception control, the whole volume will be loaded directly on the flowcell so it’s important that you make sure you prepare a suitable concentration based on the fragment size distribution in your library.
