Illumina TruSeq Stranded mRNA

RNA sequencing of mRNAs selected through poly-A enrichment.

Illumina TruSeq Stranded total RNA (RiboZero)

RNA sequencing of all RNA in a sample after depletion of rRNA or another type of highly abundant RNA.

Illumina TruSeq Stranded RNA without selection or depletion

RNA sequencing of either all RNAs in a sample, or of a RNA sample depleted of for example rRNA by the user.

Genotyping systems

We assist genotyping projects of varying size, from 1 to 5,000,000 Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) and array based methylation profiling in a few to hundreds or thousands of samples using two different genotyping systems to cover the needs of all projects.

ChIP-seq analysis

Runs with ChIP sequencing data. Pre-processes raw data from FastQ inputs, aligns the reads and performs peak calling and extensive quality-control on the results.

Falcon assemblies with CLR or HiFi data

NGI can generate high quality assemblies using PacBio CLR or HiFi data together with FALCON and FALCON-Unzip assemblers.
