Method for highly multiplex protein analysis with readout on Illumina NovaSeq platform.

Olink® Explore is a high-multiplex, high-throughput protein biomarker platform that uses Proximity Extension Assay (PEA) technology coupled to an innovative new readout methodology based on Next Generation Sequencing (NGS). Eight separate 384-plex protein panels are available and can be analysed separately, or combined to allow for the analysis of up to 3072 protein biomarkers.
