AVITI24 – Teton
NGI offers multiomic spatial profiling through the AVITI24™ with Teton™ CytoProfiling, which combines high-resolution imaging with simultaneous RNA, protein, and morphology detection in a single run.
Every layer of biology – from cell morphology to RNA and protein expression – reveals critical insights into cell function. Teton CytoProfiling enables precise single cell spatial imaging of RNA, proteins, phospho-proteins, and cell morphology across hundreds of thousands to millions of cells with less than 1 hour of sample preparation and next-day results.

Morphology and multiomics readout
Morphology:
Visualize nucleus, cell membrane, actin, endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, and mitochondria
RNA and Protein detection:
Profile 350 transcripts and map 50 cell surface markers at subcellular resolution with pre-designed panels
Pre-designed panels:
Teton panels are available as curated, supported panels containing biologically relevant targets for a specific research area.

- Human MAPK Apoptosis
- Human Imuno Oncology
- Human Neuroscience
How to start a Teton Cytoprofiling project at NGI
- Contact us at support@ngisweden.se. We’d be happy to set up a meeting to discuss your project!
- Submit an order via the NGI order portal.
Sample requirements
- Users perform Teton optimization and sample preparation before sending their slides to us. Make sure to follow the Element’s user guide to ensure proper optimization and sample preparation.
- Users seed, culture and fix cells on slides before sending them to us.
- Make sure to ship slides with PBS plus RNAse inhibitor for short term storage (up to 30 days)
- Note: Slides may break during preparation and flow cell assembly so please always send a backup slide to avoid delays.

What we do with your samples
Once at NGI, slides are incubated with cell paint probes and loaded into the AVITI24 sequencer. Data is ready for primary analysis after 24 hours.
Bioinformatics and data QC
Sequencing data is processed at NGI using the Cells2stats workflow and users get a multiQC report plus segmented data (CytoCanvas data) ready to be used for secondary analysis.
