Proteomics with NGS readout

Method for multiplex protein biomarker analysis with sequencing readout using the Illumina NovaSeq platform.

By combining Olink’s proximity extension assay (PEA) with a high-throughput next generation sequencing (NGS) readout on the Illumina NovaSeq platform we offer analysis of 1000 proteins using the Reveal assay, and of 5400 proteins using the Explore HT assay.
