High-throughput, multiplexed ChIPseq
Analysis of multiple validated epigenetic marks simultaneously in a single workflow.
Parallel Profiling of Multiple Epigenetic Marks using the Epigenica EpiFinder platform. The resulting data provide insights into histone modifications and DNA methylation patterns.

EpiFinder cNUC
The EpiFinder cNuc kit enables simultaneous profiling of up to five histone post-translational modifications together with DNA methylation in a single workflow. Currently validated marks include H3K4me3, H3K27ac, H3K27me3, H3K9me3, and DNA methylation. Please reach out if you are interested in any other epigenetic marks.
Sample requirements
- Storage: Frozen plasma or serum samples, handled according to standard liquid biopsy best practices.
- Sample type: Human plasma or serum samples
- Recommended input volume: 200 ulĀ
EpiFinder GenomePro
High-throughput, multiplexed, quantitative epigenomic profiling for comprehensive genome-wide analysis of histone modifications and DNA methylation. EpiFinder GenomePro simultaneously profiles up to eight epigenetic markers across up to 24 samples in a single workflow, generating up to 192 quantitative ChIP-seq tracks.
Sample requirements
- Storage: Frozen plasma or serum samples, handled according to standard liquid biopsy best practices
- Sample type: cells and tissue (frozen or fixed)
- Recommended input volume: 1 M cells/multiple epigenetic marks
Library QC and sequencing
We evaluate the concentration of the library using qPCR and inform you of the QC status of each sample. Once the libraries have passed this QC step, they are normalised, pooled, and queued for sequencing. The sequencing will be carried out following the setup stated in the agreement.
Data analysis
We will deliver a MultiQC report and demultiplexed fastq-files to you via the DDS system. We currently do not offer any data analysis but an open-source pipeline can be found at https://www.epigenica.se/open-source-pipeline/.
