Illumina Infinium DNA Methylation EPIC Array

The EPIC BeadChip array allows for the interrogation over 935,000 methylation sites quantitatively across the genome at single-nucleotide resolution.

For genome wide CpG methylation profiling, we offer the Illumina Infinium platform that provides a robust method for quantitative methylation measurement at the single-CpG-site level. The Infinium MethylationEPIC v2.0 BeadChip enables profiling of over 935,000 CpG sites.
